To explore the effect of loC1 and loC2 linkage feedback to guide the application of anesthetic drugs in the implementation of precise anesthesia. Methods A total of 400 patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups: monitoring group (J group) and routine control group (C group) according to the random number table method. Patients in group J were affixed with Narcotrend and Angel-6000 electrodes, and patients in group C were only affixed with Narcotrend electrodes. Patients in group J were first induced with sufentanil at a dose of 80% of the routine. After the onset, propofol was given intravenously and gradually increased. When loC2 showed an inflection point, the loCl value was recorded as the patient's unconscious value; Fentanyl and propofol were maintained anesthesia, adjusted according to the monitoring values of loCl and loC2, and monitored by Narcotrfed numerical control loC1. Group C patients were induced with sufentanil and propofol according to the conventional administration method.
Toxic and propofol maintain anesthesia and are adjusted according to vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate and Narcotrfed values. Record vital signs and linkage index Narcotrfed at different time points in the two groups of patients Values were recorded. The anesthesia time, operation time, recovery time and extubation time of the two groups and the doses of remifentanil and propofol were observed. The perioperative complications of the two groups were observed. Results The mean arterial pressure, heart rate and blood glucose of patients in group J were more stable than those in group C (P<0.05). The recovery time and extubation time of group J were (3.06 ± 1.38) min. And (5.12 ± 1.39) min, were significantly lower than (5.68 ± 2.56) min and ((7.69 ± 4.43) min in group C, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The rate was 4.00%, which was significantly lower than 17.50% in group C. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The depth of anesthesia loC1 and loC2 linkage index are closer or in line with the characteristics of both sedation and analgesia. Accurate anesthesia can be applied in clinical practice.
